Summar
ySeeking Performance Test Lead to support the implementation of a Project. This role provides hands-on technical expertise while leading a performance testing team setting technical standards and ensuring systems can meet peak seasonal demand. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with modern performance testing tools CI/CD practices and team leadership

_Responsibilitie
s- Lead and mentor a team of developers and testers setting coding and testing best practices
.- Define and execute performance testing strategies using tools like K6 Playwright and NeoLoad
.- Collaborate with development QA and infrastructure teams to ensure scalability and system stability
.- Monitor and analyze application performance using Splunk and other monitoring tools
.- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
.- Troubleshoot and optimize performance bottlenecks at the application database and infrastructure levels
.- Ensure project quality and readiness for high-volume holiday traffic

_Minimum Qualification
s- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field required
.- 10 years of relevant IT experience with strong background in performance testing and technical leadership
.- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
.- Strong knowledge of performance testing frameworks and monitoring tools
