Job Title: Pathology Lab Supervisor Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the dermatopathology laboratory, ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate processing of specimens. Manage laboratory staff and maintain quality control while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Train and mentor laboratory staff.
• Prepare reports and maintain records.

• Proficiency in histology and immunohistochemistry.
• Lab management experience.
• Pathology expertise.

• HT or HTL Certification.
• 3 plus years of lab management experience.
• Degree required.

Work in a new and large anatomic pathology laboratory located in Pleasant Prairie, WI, operating on the 1st shift. The laboratory supports dermatologists throughout 43 states in the US and offers a dynamic environment with growth opportunities within the organization.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasant Prairie, WI.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
