💰  Earning Potential: $160,000 – $250,000+ per year (no cap!)

📅  Schedule: Monday–Friday, Potential weekends

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Comfort Advisor located in San Jose, CA. The Comfort Advisor will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing tailored HVAC solutions, and guiding customers through the equipment selection and installation process. Additional responsibilities include conducting in-home consultations, preparing detailed estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and installation journey.

Qualifications

• Customer relationship and sales skills, including the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable HVAC solutions
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, energy efficiency considerations, and installation processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise between customers and technical teams
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer consultations and follow-ups
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills
• Experience in the HVAC industry or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in San Jose, CA
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
