Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a local client's engineering team. They will be responsible for administrative support, project coordination, office management, and financial & data support.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for engineering staff.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread technical documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for project records, contracts, and correspondence. Project

Coordination:

  • Assist with project documentation, including proposals, permits, and compliance forms.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones to support timely completion.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and government agencies to facilitate communication.

Office Management:

  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Support onboarding of new team members and coordinate training logistics.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Financial & Data Support:

  • Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Assist with budget tracking and project cost documentation.
  • Compile data for internal reporting and presentations.
