The Occupational and Employee Health RN plans, organizes, implements and evaluates employee health programs for employees that support workforce well-being and safety. The role serves as a liaison with hospital departments to coordinate health initiatives and ensure timely intervention for work-related injuries and illnesses. This role reports to the Occupational Health Director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Baccalaureate-prepared RN from an NLN-accredited School of Nursing and two years of experience in Clinical Nursing practice, or equivalent combination of education and experience
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
BSN or actively matriculated into an approved program in Baccalaureate Nursing
Specialty certification (COHN-S/COHN/COHN-CM)
Experience in Employee or Occupational Health
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:
Current licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS PREFERRED:
Certified in Basic Life Support
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSAs):
Strong computer skills including spreadsheets, web/Internet. Ability to learn and effectively use computer systems, software, electronic health records and data entry tools.
Demonstrated skill and effectiveness in clinical quality improvement strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to establish supportive, collegial relationships
Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
Compensation Range:
$66,500.00- $96,500.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
