Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Project Manager for Stone & Tile Subcontractor or Self Performing General Contractor
Based in LA with an office near Piedmont, CA - We are a leading custom stone & tile general contractor that works with high end 5 star hotels, casinos, commercial high rises and homes around the US. We have multiple multi-million dollar projects starting soon and are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join our team to oversee day to day operations of those upcoming projects.

What You Will Be Doing
You will be part of a highly technical & widely diversified specialty construction company. With a company philosophy based on teamwork and creative management.
Responsibilities Include - Planning and overseeing a wide range of different construction projects from beginning to end.
- Keeping track of supplies & Balancing the budget
- Collaborate with subcontractors
- Ensure all regulations are met and permits acquired
- Oversee RFPs and contracting process for architects, engineers, contractors, and other project consultants
- Effectively leverage existing GC & Supplier contacts to win work
- Bid/ Estimate projects for award
- Track project schedules and monitor progress and delays.
- Manage financial analysis to keep project-specific economic models up to date.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Assist in preparing the financial and market feasibility analysis of projects.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance against the baseline financial models & estimated procurement & installation methods prepared as part of the feasibility analysis once the development program is established.
What You Need for this Position
At Least 5+ Year of: - Experience as a construction project manager; stone/tile industry specific experience highly preferable
- Must be skilled in electronic construction administration software & electronic plan reading and programs
- Must be personable, possess good communication skills, and be willing to travel & attend job walks as necessary.
Bonus Qualifications - Experience overseeing up to $25Mil in construction costs across multiple projects
- Experience within operations and leading a division
- High Rise Curtain Wall Experience
