Senior Litigation Paralegal - FULLY REMOTE

Location: Los Angeles, CA - Option to be fully remote but must live in California

Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 base salary (35 hour work week)

A prestigious global law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join one of its busiest practice groups. This team handles complex, multi-jurisdictional matters and is looking for a seasoned professional who can take ownership of case management, support multiple attorneys, and help maintain smooth operations across a high-volume docket.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, format, and e-file pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses in state and federal courts
• Assist with depositions, including exhibit organization, transcript digesting, and witness preparation coordination
• Support trial preparation, including managing trial binders, witness lists, and document logistics
• Oversee document review and production, ensuring accurate organization and coding of litigation documents
• Maintain case files, litigation calendars, deadlines, and docket schedules across multiple jurisdictions
• Monitor case progress, track status updates, and proactively support attorneys to keep matters moving efficiently

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience within a law firm environment
• Paralegal certificate strongly preferred
• Advanced familiarity with e-filing procedures (federal and/or state)
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Remote flexibility available for candidates based on the West Coast
