Compensation: $45 – $52/hour + mileage reimbursement

What This Role Offers:
As a Part-Time Hospice Visit Nurse (RN) , you’ll have the opportunity to make a difference in the most personal of settings—patients’ homes. You’ll join a passionate team that values autonomy, collaboration, and heart-led care.

Duties Will Include:

• Delivering scheduled and PRN nursing visits across home and facility settings
  
• Managing comfort, safety, and symptoms
  
• Offering guidance and support to caregivers and family members
  
• Collaborating with the hospice team including MDs, chaplains, and social workers
  
• Timely and accurate charting via EMR
  

Ideal Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota RN license
  
• Hospice experience required
  
• Adaptable, empathetic, and comfortable with autonomy
  
• Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license
