Project Manager - Data Centers

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager with data center construction experience to help deliver projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have worked for a general contractor and been involved in one or more data center builds, covering all scopes of work from civil and structural to mechanical, electrical, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily project activities and coordinate between site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Track schedules, budgets, and change orders to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Support preconstruction, procurement, and planning efforts as needed.
• Oversee quality, safety, and compliance across all project scopes.
• Attend site meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Work closely with the site superintendent and field staff to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in construction management.
• Experience working for a general contractor on data center projects (at least one full project preferred).
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in data centers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).

Preferred

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification (asset, not required).
