We are currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for a 500+ unit, B+ class, market-rate, owner-managed, garden-style apartment community located in the St. Petersburg area. This position will supervise a staff of 6: 4 Maintenance Technicians and 2 Groundskeepers. The position is required to take call one out of every 5 weeks (split with 4 techs).

Qualified candidates must have good communication skills, strong ability to organize and plan for work orders, apartment turns and vendor management.
This is an hourly position which will pay a base salary between $80K and $85K (possibly a bit more for the right individual). The position also offers up to $14,000/year in bonus (which is paid monthly). The position does qualify for overtime.
