Immediate need for a talented Case Manager. This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Pleasanton, CA (Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $28 - $29/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills: Appeals, Grievances and Insurance experience
  • Remote Options (Fully Remote, Partially Remote, Onsite): Telecommuter. First 2 weeks need tbe in office. (might be only few day)
  • Will the worker need tbe Remote local tthe office or Remote anywhere in the US: NCAL
  • Parking Situation: Free Parking
  • Dress Code: Business Casual
  • Required Level of Education and Preferred Level of Education: HS Diploma but bachelor’s is preferred
  • How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate? 6 years customer service .
  • Heavy writing and speaking with customers over the phone. Microsoft excel, word, really help. Healthcare environment is a plus.
  • Blueshield, Aetna, Healthcare providers (this is a huge plus)
  • Expected Shift : M-F Normal business hours 8:30-5pm with opportunities for overtime.
