We're currently partnering with a global Life Science company who are looking to grow their presence in South Florida, with a focus on transforming nuclear medicine imaging, and they are on the hunt for a Bookkeeper.

Responsibilities

• Bank management: handling the bank, deposits, inquiries, payment preparation, reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Preparing weekly cash flow report.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monthly & quarterly reporting and preparation of reporting packages.
• Reviewing and monitoring employee expense reports.
• Support for necessary regulatory and government filings (tax returns, sales tax, etc.)
• Office management & admin support – equipment, supplies and other external parties on various office related matters.

Qualifications

• Experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with a strong background in financial recordkeeping
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in managing day-to-day tasks
• Highly motivated, dependable, and accountable professional
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
