The customer should verify:
- Spelling
- Grammar

If production has already started, changes may not be possible or may require a new order.
7. Customer-Supplied Files
Customers may provide artwork, logos, documents, images, designs or other files for production.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that:
- They have the necessary rights to use the material;
- The files do not infringe third-party rights;
- The information supplied is accurate; and
- The files are suitable for the requested production.
Royal Graphics may refuse to reproduce material that appears to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
8. Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of their original logos, artwork, designs, photographs, trademarks and other intellectual property supplied to Royal Graphics, subject to the customer’s rights in those materials.

Customers may not reproduce or commercially reuse Royal Graphics’ original design work without appropriate permission where applicable.

Customers acknowledge that printed colours may vary slightly due to:
- Different printing machines;
- Paper or substrate;
- Ink characteristics;
- CMYK/RGB conversion;
- Digital screen differences;
- Finishing processes;
- Production batches; and
- Other technical printing factors.
A screen display is not a guaranteed representation of the final printed colour.
Where a physical proof, colour sample or approved reference is specifically agreed, it may be used as the reference for production.
Minor colour variation that does not materially affect the intended use of the product may not be considered a production defect.
11. Quantity Variation
Printing and manufacturing processes may result in a small variation between the quantity ordered and the final quantity produced.
For applicable bulk/custom printing orders, a commercial production tolerance of up to ±10% may apply unless a different tolerance has been agreed in writing.
For example, an order for 10,000 pieces may, where the ±10% tolerance applies, result in a final quantity between approximately 9,000 and 11,000 pieces.
The applicable quantity tolerance may vary according to:
- Product type;
- Manufacturing process;
- Quantity;
- Material;
- Production method; and
- Written quotation or agreement.
The ±10% figure is a commercial production tolerance and should not be interpreted as a statutory requirement under Pakistani or Sindh law.
If an exact quantity is essential, the customer should communicate this requirement before placing the order.

If Royal Graphics confirms that a product contains a material production error caused by Royal Graphics, we may, depending on the circumstances:
- Reprint the affected quantity;
- Replace the affected products;
- Correct the issue;
- Provide a partial refund; or
- Provide another reasonable resolution.
Customer-approved artwork errors, change of mind, incorrect customer specifications or normal production variations may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
20. Promotional & Customized Products
For customized promotional products, corporate gifts and branded items, minor variations may occur due to the manufacturing and printing process.
These may include slight differences in:
- Colour;
- Position;
- Size;
- Material;
- Printing appearance; or

Where such variations are within reasonable manufacturing tolerances, they may not constitute a defect.
