Offset printing is the most cost-effective method for high-volume, full-color printing on paper, cardstock, and packaging boards. It delivers superior print speed, crisp image resolution, and exact color fidelity across large production runs.
The offset process uses precision aluminum CTP (Computer-to-Plate) sheets. In standard 4-color process printing (CMYK), four separate plates are prepared:
- C – Cyan
- M – Magenta
- Y – Yellow
- K – Key (Black)
Each plate is mounted onto a dedicated roller cylinder in the press. The inked design is first transferred from the plate onto a flexible rubber blanket cylinder, which then applies the ink directly onto the paper with exact registration.
Premium Post-Press & Value-Addition Finishes
Enhance the durability and visual appeal of your printed materials with specialized finishing techniques:
- Lamination (Gloss / Matt): Protects prints from moisture and scratches while adding a sleek, high-shine or soft, glare-free finish.
- Spot UV Coating: Applies a high-gloss liquid coating to selected areas (such as logos or headings) to create eye-catching contrast against a matt background.
- Foil Stamping (Hot Foil Printing): Uses heat and pressure to apply reflective metallic foils (Gold, Silver, Copper, or Holographic) for a luxury look.
- Varnish (Gloss / Matt): A clear liquid protective seal applied inline to prevent ink smudging, scuffing, and rubbing.
- Precision Die-Cutting: Custom steel blade tooling used to cut, punch, crease, or shape boxes, folders, labels, and tags into custom dimensions.
