Responsibilities

• Interpret and read blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques and equipment.
• Inspect and assess completed work for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Assist in the training of new team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Familiarity with various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.).
• Ability to operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Salary info:

$18 - $22 / hr
