Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Miami, FL
Compensation: $70,000+ annually • Full Benefits Package
Schedule: Full-time, on-site
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Position Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, inspection, storage, fulfillment, and outbound processes. This role provides hands-on leadership to warehouse team members, maintains operational accuracy, and ensures safety, productivity, and high service standards across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse activities including inbound receiving, cargo handling, put-away, loading, and outbound processes.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare weekly operational and productivity reports and track KPIs.
- Manage warehouse utilization based on volume forecasts and peak operational periods.
- Coordinate internal warehouse requests, product splits, re-labeling, and inventory adjustments.
- Order and maintain adequate inventory of warehouse supplies and equipment.
- Conduct onboarding, training, and ongoing development for warehouse staff.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, maintain clean work areas, and enforce compliance.
- Participate in interviewing, performance evaluations, corrective actions, and hiring recommendations.
- Draft or update internal processes to support operational efficiency.
- Perform additional duties as required to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional training or certifications a plus.
- Min. 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, cargo handling, or a related field.
- Supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required; ability to travel up to 10% domestically and occasionally internationally.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 80 lbs as needed.
- Comfortable working in a non–climate-controlled warehouse environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient with computers, handheld devices, and basic Microsoft applications.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Forklift or equipment operation experience is preferred.
