Swoon is actively hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join the team!

What will your day-to-day will look like?

• Coordinate all outbound shipments, including labels, packing lists, freight scheduling, and proactive customer updates.
• Manage inbound vendor deliveries, track material accuracy, and communicate delays or discrepancies.
• Support daily warehouse operations including inventory movement, order staging, and cycle counts.
• Partner closely with production, customer service, project management, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation, shipping schedules, and tracking records while prioritizing deadlines.
• Build strong, positive relationships with customers, carriers, and vendors—representing the company with professionalism and charisma.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance logistics speed, accuracy, and visibility.

What’s Required

• 1–4 years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, warehouse coordination, or manufacturing operations.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and customer-focused professionalism.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, solve problems quickly, and stay composed under pressure.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (Excel, email, shipping software) and able to work onsite Monday–Friday in Parsons, KS.
• Preferred: Experience in manufacturing/warehousing, WMS familiarity, freight coordination, or inventory control/order fulfillment.
