Role Description

Based out of our Pasadena office & warehouse, the Warehouse Handler & Driver will be support on and offshore operations by performing day-to-day tasks such as unloading, shipping, receiving, packing, operating a forklift, and pick up and drop off of equipment from suppliers and clients. Administration related to warehouse duties, safety processes and logistics will be required. Maintain upkeep and housekeeping of the warehouse area. Effective communication skills are necessary for coordinating with team members and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Pick up truck and a passenger vehicle will be provied during working hours.

Driving to and from Houston airport - Pasadena - Houma Louisiana, using the company passenger vehicle will be required approximately 5 times a month. This will include overnight stays in a hotel provided by the company.

This is a full time role 40hrs per week role, however some of the passenger driving may fall on weekends or out of normal work hours. Flexibility will be required to ensure that the Houma passenger driving is completed consistently each month.

Qualifications

• Over 25 years old (for vehicle insurance)
• Clean driving license
• Can pass a driver medical examination
• Take drug and alcohol tests as required by our end client
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred
• Can lift 50lbs
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow safety protocols
• Ability to use excel, word, online shared folders for related warehouse and safety administration
