Job Description

Software Methods is seeking a Veeva CRM Administrator/Developer for a 12+ month hybrid contracting assignment at our client’s office in Chadds Ford, PA area . Must be available to work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

We are seeking a highly skilled Veeva Administrator/Developer with 5+ years of experience specializing in custom development for the Veeva CRM platform, including My Insights dashboards and configurations. Proven track record of delivering tailored, data-driven solutions that enhance user productivity, streamline workflows, and drive commercial strategy. The ideal candidate must have experience in Pharmaceutical Market Access Management support Sales Operations Field Teams.

Required Experience

  • Hands-on management of Veeva CRM, delivering enhancements and day-to-day support within Market Access.
  • Responsible for operations, monitoring, and onboarding applications and users in the ecosystem of connected field applications.
  • Extensive experience developing custom dashboards and insights for sales reps, to improve decision-making in the field.
  • Experience developing interactive dashboards and workflows using industry-standard HTML, JavaScript, and the Veeva JavaScript libraries.
  • Led the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for custom MyInsights solutions, from initial wireframing and prototyping to final deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Authored and maintained technical documentation for MyInsights modules, ensuring clear communication with administrators and stakeholders.
  • Life Science/Pharmaceutical industry is a must
  • BS/BA degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent, plus a minimum of 4-5 years of experience implementing, enhancing, and administering Veeva CRM platforms. Certified Veeva Administrator is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight timelines.
