Job Description
Our client, a leading commercial general contractor, is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee tenant improvement (TI) and renovation projects across Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Bernardino . The ideal candidate is a hands-on construction leader with proven experience managing complex commercial interiors and ensuring quality, schedule, and safety on every jobsite.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily field operations for commercial TI and renovation projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections to ensure timely completion.
- Enforce safety, quality, and site cleanliness standards.
- Work closely with project managers, clients, and architects to resolve field issues.
- Review drawings, schedules, and specifications to manage project progress.
- Provide regular reporting on site activities and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial tenant improvement or renovation projects.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, coordination, and site logistics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel to and from projects throughout LA, Orange County, and San Bernardino .
