ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
We offer paid, full-time summer internships for many majors, with fulfilling work and opportunities to grow. To help launch your career, we provide dedicated staff mentors. You’ll also learn from senior leaders and industry experts. As part of the Federal Reserve System, you’ll be connected to a professional network that spans the nation. You will begin in early June 2026 and will be based in the (Insert location) office.

ABOUT YOUR TEAM:
The Strategic Risk Management (SRM) team consists of two main functions – Internal Controls and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Internal Controls performs quarterly testing on controls that have a direct impact to our financial statements to ensure they are free from any material misstatement. Enterprise Risk Management aids in effectively managing risks to our mission critical operations which includes collaborating with business areas to identify, assess, monitor, and report on organizational risk as well as serve in an advisory capacity to senior leaders and the Bank’s Risk Management Committee (RMC).

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/ week). Some additional hours may be required. Onsite, 4 days in office, 1 day remote.
