We are looking for purpose-driven athletes to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Smoothie King Athlete you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful Smoothie King Athlete will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered. 
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks. 
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King

Qualifications

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities::

• Making custom-blended smoothies the “Smoothie King Way”
• “FRIENDLY UPSELLING” of our nutritional supplements and vitamins
• Providing guests with information regarding our products
• Providing the best TOTAL experience in the business

Qualifications::

• Able to work shifts as early as 6am and on weekends
• Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Food Service experience preferred but not required
• Commission Sales experience helpful
• Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests
• Genuine care and understanding for people's needs
• Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS!
