Job Title: Salesforce Developer / Engineer

Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Rate: Up to $110/hr

Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / Engineer for a 6-month onsite contract in Seattle, Washington . The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Salesforce expert with strong Apex development and integration experience , capable of designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions using Apex , Visualforce , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and SOQL/SOSL .
  • Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to transform business requirements into effective technical designs.
  • Develop and maintain API integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica) .
  • Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Follow Salesforce best practices including code quality standards, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines .
  • Provide support for production issues, troubleshoot errors, and perform debugging as needed.
  • Work collaboratively onsite in Seattle with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (Required)
  • 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience
  • Proven experience developing custom integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
  • Advanced knowledge of Apex , Visualforce , LWC , and JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security
  • Experience with Salesforce DX and version control tools (GitHub, Bitbucket)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work onsite in Seattle, WA

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with MuleSoft , Salesforce Data Cloud , or Experience Cloud
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
