Your Role:

As a Senior Engineer/Project Manager , you will be responsible for managing projects, leading teams, and driving engineering solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the design and execution of complex civil engineering projects
• Managing project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff
• Preparing and reviewing plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates
• Coordinating with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Conducting construction oversight and administration as needed
• Leading business development efforts , including proposal writing and client engagement

Project Types:

You will lead and manage a variety of projects, including:

• Water distribution & sewer collection systems
• Stormwater infrastructure
• Roads & highways
• Water & wastewater treatment systems
• Subdivision land development
• Commercial site design
• Federal Government facilities (e.g., U.S. Air Force projects)

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced leader with strong technical and project management skills. The candidate will work under experienced department managers, all holding PE licenses. TD&H will provide project management training if necessary. The ideal candidate id detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a growing team. The ideal candidate will have:

• B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. preferred) from an accredited university
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in WA or ability to obtain in 2 years required
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams
• Strong client relationship management and business development experience
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work on schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience living or working in Washington is a plus

Salary: $80,000 - $135,000 annually (Excluding year-end bonus), depending on experience, education, and qualifications.
