Functional Role: Revenue Integrity Analyst (healthcare industry)
This is a 3+ month contract position
100% ONSITE in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Candidate must be able to live and work onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Hourly Pay Rate: $40-45/hour W2
Healthcare industry experience is required. Minimum 5 years work experience in a medical group practice or hospital business office for a large, complex health care system.
Experience specifically with revenue integrity, revenue cycle operations, revenue cycle informatics, surgical nursing, or hospital coding preferred.
Experience with Epic or Cerner preferred.
Job Summary:
Responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and oversight of the
revenue integrity function
Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess integrity risks through regular KPI monitoring, and ensure that the revenue integrity program is responsive to those risks
Lead weekly revenue integrity staff meetings to track progress toward work plan activities and reactive tasks
Provide periodic reports to the revenue integrity director regarding the nature, progress, and status of the revenue integrity program
