Role Description:

If you are self-motivated, love meeting new people and have a passion for retail, interior design and/or marketing we want to hear from you.

We're looking for a friendly and outgoing personality, an ability to build relationships with customers, and a commitment to providing dependable, excellent customer service. Work as part of a team in merchandising and maintaining the store's visual appearance, along with product pricing, inventory management and marketing tasks. The Retail Sales Associate should also be able to handle cash transactions, possess basic math skills and ability to lift 50lbs.

Experience in retail, sales, design, photography and/or marketing a plus.

Full time position with 30-40 hours per week. Flexible scheduling but must be available to work most afternoons and 1-2 Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide assistance in finding products.
• Operate cash registers and handle money transactions.
• Enter product information and manage inventory levels with POS system.
• Merchandize and maintain store shelves by moving and restocking merchandise and organizing displays.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
• Assist customers with returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain a clean and organized area.
• Marketing tasks
• Assist with late-night shopping events and seasonal merchandising (hours later than normal store hours.)
