Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform the full Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver individualized, evidence-based care for renal/dialysis patients.
  • Coordinate care through effective partnerships with patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring patient goals are central to the plan of care.
  • Document care delivery and promote a respectful, inclusive clinical environment through interdisciplinary communication and teamwork.
  • Uphold all clinical standards, policies, and safety protocols (e.g., TJC Patient Safety Goals).
  • Act as a preceptor/mentor and participate in professional development, performance improvement, and shared governance initiatives.
  • Proactively plan for patient care across the continuum and support the efficient use of resources.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills- Current RN license (Georgia or Compact State)
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (or obtain within specified timeframe)
  • Experience in dialysis, critical care, emergency, or a related acute care setting
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond decisively to emergencies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and technology for clinical care.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Nursing Diploma required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: RN License (Georgia or Multi-State Compact).
  • BLS certification required upon hire.
  • ACLS & PALS required within 180 days of hire.
  • TNCC required within 18 months of hire.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond decisively to emergencies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and technology for clinical care.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
