Showing Agent Opportunity - Zillow Leads

As a Showing Agent with our team, you will learn the business from the ground up while earning rewarding commissions and gaining hands-on experience from day one. With strong mentorship and support through the Zillow Premier Agent program, you will have the structure needed to build a solid foundation for long term success.
First year earning potential when hitting goals: $159,000+
In this opportunity, you will conduct property showings, support client communication, and learn the daily activities that drive consistent results. You will gain real-world experience working with motivated buyers and develop the confidence to turn opportunities into closed transactions while learning directly from active producers.
This opportunity is a strong fit for driven professionals who want to learn what it takes to succeed in real estate. A current real estate license is preferred, and individuals actively completing coursework toward licensure will also be considered.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service
• Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions

Qualifications:
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
• Can spend a large amount of time driving
• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
• Real Estate license
• Must live in an area
