Job Description
Intra Management Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure projects focused on data center construction, renovation, and power/cooling systems . This role will support ongoing modernization and capacity expansion initiatives for a federal facility in the Oak Ridge, TN area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for multiple concurrent infrastructure projects
- Oversee scope, schedule, and budget for construction and renovation work within operational facilities
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and client stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
- Provide technical oversight on power, cooling, and critical systems upgrades
- Manage contractors, vendors, and internal resources to meet performance targets
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data center construction, renovation, or critical power/cooling infrastructure projects
- Engineering or Construction Management degree required; PMP certification preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in complex or live operational environments
- Design-build project experience preferred
- DOE or Federal project experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
