Totran Transportation Services is seeking a Pilot Car Coordinator to join our Oklahoma City branch.

As a Pilot Car Escort Coordinator, you play a crucial role in our company. Yours is the friendly voice our PEVOs (Pilot / Escort Vehicle Operators) hear when they call in, and you establish a positive tone for our interactions with them. Each day, you are attentive to detail as you field phone calls and coordinate PEVOs to loads. Please listen carefully to any concerns, then make sure the load dates are clear. An adept task juggler, you thrive when the phone lines get busy. Talking to people energizes you, and you love helping them find solutions. You're proud to make such a positive difference to our company and our customers!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparing pilot confirmations
• Dispatch pilots on jobs
• Provide assistance to Project Coordinator(s)
• Provide assistance with obtaining permits
• General office duties
• Follows all policies and procedures as set out by Totran management
• Any other duties as designated by senior management

Ideal Candidates must have:

• Previous experience as an administrator or relevant equivalent
• Organized
• Work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Basic computer skills, i.e., Word and Excel, Outlook email.
• Good verbal communication Skills
• Self-motivated

Starting salary is $60,000.00 / year based on experience
