Fosnight Center is seeking a dedicated, upstanding, and passionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our expanding team!

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant/Associate Master’s program or higher.
• Licensed to practice in the state of North Carolina - active license with no restrictions.
• Certified through NCCPA with a clean professional record.
• Work experience as a physician associate, however NEW GRADS CAN APPLY
• At least one year of urology, urogynecology, and/or sexual medicine experience preferred.
• Independent, tenacious, collaborative, efficient communicator, and willing to work collectively with the Fosnight Center team.
• The provider should be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and driven to take on leadership responsibilities.
• Interest in general sexual medicine including women's sexual health, men's sexual health, and gender affirming care.
• Focus topics include but are not limited to, AFAB concerns with peri/menopause, hypoactive sexual desire, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, pelvic floor disorders, body image, and overall sexual wellness across the lifespan.
• Focus topics include but are not limited to, AMAB concerns with erectile dysfunction, ejaculatory disorders, hypogonadism, Peyronie’s disease, pelvic pain, and overall sexual wellness across the lifespan.
• Focus topics include but are not limited to, initiation and management of gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT), menstrual and fertility considerations, sexual function, body image, pelvic and urogenital health, and holistic wellness for transgender and gender-diverse patients across the lifespan.
• Adhere to professional ethical standards of care, anti-racism lens, LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, practice cultural humility, and understand the role of intersectional identities and social determinants of health.
• Willing to participate in team building activities, strive for personal and professional growth, and engage in community outreach.
• Flexibility in the insurance credentialing and onboarding process.
• In-person and virtual appointments during office hours, including Fridays and evenings (no weekends required and no call)
• Excellent qualifications and letters of recommendation required.
• Practice at the highest level of their scope to support Fosnight Center's mission.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
