Hill Orthopedic & Podiatry Center is a well-established orthopedic practice serving Central Florida since 2003, with locations in Hunters Creek (Orlando) and Davenport. We specialize in comprehensive musculoskeletal care — including surgical and nonsurgical orthopedics, physical therapy, pain management, wound care, and DME services. Our team is dedicated to helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and return to an active lifestyle.

Position Overview

We are seeking a  skilled and motivated Orthopedic Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior orthopedic experience and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This position involves both clinic and surgical responsibilities, working directly under the supervision of our orthopedic surgeons.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations, perform joint and soft tissue injections, and assist in developing treatment plans
• Interpret imaging and diagnostic tests, including X-rays and MRIs
• Provide follow-up care and patient education on recovery and rehabilitation
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Identify Patients who need surgical intervention

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current Florida PA license and NCCPA certification required
• Orthopedic or surgical experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, clinical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
