Coach at Anytime Fitness Leo Location: Leo, IndianaPosition: Coach (Part-time, potential for Full-time) Job DescriptionAnytime Fitness Leo is seeking an energetic, positive, and knowledgeable coach to join our team! Our ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, understands body mechanics, and is committed to helping clients reach their goals. You’ll work with clients of all ages, creating a supportive and fun experience that inspires our community to live healthier lives. As a team player, you’ll collaborate with fellow coaches and staff to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for our members. Key Responsibilities * Conduct personalized and group training sessions

• Conduct Fitness Consultations to onboard new members and navigate next steps in helping the reach their goals through training, nutrition, and recovery

Provide expert guidance on body mechanics, exercise technique, program development, and goal setting * Foster a welcoming, energetic environment for clients of all fitness levels and ages * Collaborate effectively with team members to create a supportive gym environment * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, with opportunities for continuing education and training * Maintain a flexible schedule and adapt to client needs Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field (preferred but not required) * NASM, ACSM, ACE, or similar personal training certification required in first 60 days if not currently certified * Strong knowledge of body mechanics and exercise principles * Positive attitude with a passion for fitness * Team player with strong communication skills and ability to work well with others * Ability to work a flexible schedule Compensation and Benefits * $11-$49 per hour, based on experience, knowledge, and training sessions rendered (Base + Commission) * Commission and bonus structure for hourly pay, plus monthly performance bonuses * Paid time off (PTO) * Complimentary Anytime Fitness membership for you and your spouse * Employee training sessions for personal fitness goals * Opportunities for growth into a full-time role Why Join Us? * Continuing education and certification support to help you grow professionally
