Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)

Salary and Benefits
  • Base salary: $110,000 to $130,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Relocation assistance: Up to $5,000
  • 4-day work week (Monday – Thursday)
  • CME: 1 week and $3,500 annually
  • 3 weeks paid vacation + sick time (accrued)
  • 10–11 paid holidays annually
  • Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision
  • 403(b) retirement with 1:1 match up to $3,500
  • DEA and license reimbursement
  • NHSC and State Loan Repayment eligible
  • Work at one of two sites (no inter-site travel required)
  • Office currently closed Fridays but preference to reopen
Responsibilities
  • 4 Day 10 Hour Shift Work Week
  • 36 Clinical Hours - 4 Admin Hours
  • Provide full-spectrum pediatric primary care including well-child visits, immunizations, acute illness management, and chronic condition follow-up
  • Deliver care to newborns, children, and adolescents in a community-based setting
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other providers to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Educate families on preventive health, growth, and development milestones
  • Support and mentor newer team members as appropriate
Requirements
  • Clear and active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility)
  • National certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care or Acute Care)
  • Open to new graduates and experienced providers
  • Strong commitment to compassionate, community-focused care
