General Neurology Opportunity - Green Bay, WI - Full-time, permanent position - Employed opportunity - H1B Visa AssistanceOpportunity Overview A healthcare system in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking a BC/BE General Adult Neurologist to join its growing Neurology team within a comprehensive Neuroscience Center. This hospital-employed, physician-led practice is highly respected and features an award-winning stroke program. Practice Details Outpatient-only practice located on the hospital campus Full-time schedule (40 hours per week) Flexible work options, including possible four 10-hour days No weekends, no holidays, no call No hospital responsibilities Participation in regional outreach Diverse patient population with diagnoses including: - Parkinson s disease - Movement disorders - Multiple sclerosis - Neck & back pain - Stroke - EMG, EEG, Epilepsy - Botox treatments - Dementia - Headaches/migraines Collaborative team environment with: - 4 experienced Neurology Physicians - 4 Advanced Practice Clinicians 24/7 RN triage line for patient support Compensation & Benefits 100% production-based compensation Quality bonus based on goal achievement 2-year compensation guarantee Supervision compensation available CME: $5,000 per fiscal year + 80 hours of paid CME time Contracted time off (CTO): 264 hours per fiscal year Up to $12,000 relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits package, including: - Health, vision & dental insurance - Professional liability insurance - 401K & 457B retirement plans - Life insurance - Short & long-term disability insurance
