Location: Berwyn, PA (Onsite)

Duration: 5 Months Contract

  • W2 Contract, 5 Months
  • This is onsite opportunity at Berwyn, PA
  • Shift schedule: M-F 07:00 AM- 04:00 PM

Overview:

  • Our client is seeking an Admin to support the PECO OHS team and a health clinic environment. The primary scope of this role involves managing essential administrative operations, including scheduling exams, handling communications, and maintaining medical records to ensure the clinical team can effectively service employees..

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling of medical exams and assist the clinical team with daily administrative needs.
  • Handle all incoming communications, including answering phones and processing faxes.
  • Organize and file both electronic and paper medical records accurately.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the entire clinical team beyond just the direct manager.
  • Ensure on-time arrival to maintain consistent service levels for the health clinic.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Prior experience working with Microsoft programs, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in operating standard office equipment, such as fax machines.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, outgoing demeanor.
  • High level of organization with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter and take initiative within a team environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience working with electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
