POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager — a creative, analytical, and tech-savvy professional who can bridge high-level strategy with hands-on execution.

This person will lead MES’s marketing roadmap, manage campaigns across multiple channels, manage trade shows / industry conferences, and collaborate with sales, service, account management, and corporate branding teams. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and comfortable managing both creative content and analytical marketing functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with MES’s growth objectives.
  • Collaborate across departments (Sales, Service, Account Management, Corporate) to ensure marketing supports all business functions.
  • Translate analytics and CRM insights into campaign strategies and actionable marketing plans.
  • Create and maintain a marketing roadmap integrating product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Build and manage marketing budgets and timelines for all campaigns.

Campaign Development & CRM Automation

  • Design, launch, and optimize automated drip campaigns in FreshSales CRM for different customer journeys (new leads, existing clients, reorder reminders, etc.).
  • Develop segmentation and workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Use behavioral and historical sales data to create outreach campaigns and customer retention programs.
  • Implement performance tracking dashboards and report regularly on campaign ROI.

Lead Generation & Market Expansion

  • Develop creative, technology-driven methods to acquire new leads using AI tools, data scraping, and market intelligence systems.
  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities and emerging markets within the fertility diagnostics and medical device sectors.
  • Plan and manage digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and targeted industry platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and directories to increase MES’s visibility.

Social Media & Digital Content Marketing

  • Own all content and copy creation across digital platforms, ensuring brand voice consistency.
  • Manage MES’s websites and landing pages, keeping content up to date and SEO-optimized.
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars for social media , email newsletters , and blog posts .
  • Write, edit, and proofread engaging copy for newsletters, product announcements, and educational campaigns.
  • Collaborate with MES’s creative department to produce compelling videos, graphics, and multimedia assets .
  • Drive engagement through LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry-specific channels — tracking analytics to improve performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to highlight success stories, case studies, and new product features.
  • Maintain and grow MES’s subscriber base through consistent, high-quality digital communication.

Trade Shows & Events

  • Research and identify new trade shows, conferences, and symposia aligned with MES’s target markets.
  • Work with event organizers to manage trade show booth logistics and on-site services.
  • Organize and Manage trade show booth and related equipment shipments to and from Trade Shows and Events.
  • Create collateral, presentations, and materials that reinforce MES’s leadership in fertility diagnostics.
  • Analyze event performance and ROI to continuously improve participation strategy.

Analytics, Tools & Reporting

  • Utilize CRM , website and email analytics to track and evaluate marketing performance.
  • Integrate data sources to create unified dashboards for lead generation, campaign success, and website metrics.
  • Use insights to refine targeting, messaging, and spend allocation.
  • Stay current with emerging marketing technologies, AI tools, and data platforms to enhance efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, healthcare, or technology industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (FreshSales, SalesForce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Proven experience developing data-driven marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills — with a focus on clarity, storytelling, and brand tone.
  • Experience using Monday.com (or similar project management platforms) to create, track, and manage marketing projects, tasks, and timelines across teams.
  • Experience planning or managing trade shows and events.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative tools is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative; able to work cross-functionally across teams.
