About the Position:

Allied Resources is seeking a Maintenance Technician that will be responsible for maintaining the overall physical condition of the community and providing world-class service to our valued residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• General maintenance and orderliness of property HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities, gas appliances, and lighting systems.
• Ensure the successful execution of all company safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Working a rotating on call schedule to have 24/7 maintenance coverage.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-4 years of maintenance experience
• Strong Customer Service skills and experience.
