Our iconic CPG client is looking for two Junior-Mid Level Graphic

Designers to join their in-house design team. You\'ll focus on Tier 2 packaging design: strategic and creative development of packaging systems that align with brand identity, consumer engagement, and innovation goals.

**The team is looking for 40 hours/week starting 11/3 through 2026 for

the right fit. The in-house Design team is tight-knit, empathetic and innovative.

You\'ll be onsite T/W/Th and remote M/F in downtown Chicago.**

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in graphic design, specifically packaging and

branding

• Experience designing for CPG, sports or retail brands
• Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
• After Effects and/or Premiere Pro for motion design
• Experience leveraging brand systems, visual hierarchy, and

storytelling through design

• Familiarity with 3D packaging visualization tools (e.g., Dimension,

Blender, or Cinema 4D) is a PLUS

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional design projects, including packaging systems,

brand campaigns, and immersive activations

• Create compelling visual designs for bottles, labels, and secondary

packaging that reflect the brand and appeal to athletes and consumers

• Develop cohesive design systems across packaging formats, ensuring

consistency while allowing for innovation

• Use typography, layout, and imagery to communicate product benefits

and brand values

• Design across multiple SKUs and formats, including limited editions,

new flavors, and seasonal campaigns

• Create short-form animations and motion graphics to showcase

packaging concepts in Presentation decks (e.g., animated mockups, transitions, explainer visuals) and social media content (e.g., product reveals, teaser animations, looped videos)

• Work in presentation slides, integrating motion assets and visuals

into stakeholder-facing decks

• Work within digital asset management systems and version control
• Experience collaborating with marketing, innovation teams to align

design with business goals

• Flex to Tier 3 packaging design when needed
• Understanding of print production and packaging dielines
• Ability to prepare files for mockups, prototypes, and vendor handoff

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems,

confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
