Job Description

This is a 100% on-site role for our Warehouse located in: 693 Atkins Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11208. We are looking for someone who can start immediately. This is a dynamic, fully hands-on position.

The ideal candidate is proactive, fluent in Spanish, personable and ready to bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to lead and support our key warehouse shift.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work fully on-site at our 693 Atkins Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11208 
• Must be able to commit to full time schedule 9 A.M. to 5 P.M., Monday through Friday
• Should have 3–5 years of experience in logistics inventory or any related field.
• Fluent/Conversational in Spanish (required) with excellent communication skills (Role involves relaying information in Spanish.)
• A college degree in any field is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Computer proficiency is a must.
• Ability to work independently or part of a team.
• Must be punctual, dependable, detail oriented and a team player.
• Occasional overtime may be required during high-volume season.

Compensation & Benefits for the First Year:

• Full time role
• Day Shift
• Hourly Rate: $33.65/ hour
• Health insurance eligibility
• 3 weeks Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and Company Closure days

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all items are picked, packed, labeled, and staged accurately and on schedule.
• Process orders and related documentation to ensure all shipments, labels, and records are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage inventory records and data to ensure accurate stock levels and timely updates in the system.
• Actively work on the floor with pickers, packers, and loaders. We may require overtime during high-volume season.
• Identify and resolve order or inventory issues in real time, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure collaboration and regular updates to the other warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
