Job Description

Position Summary: The HR Investigator will handle workplace concerns raised by employees, primarily through conducting interviews, documenting findings, and managing sensitive data. The role supports a respectful and inclusive work environment while aligning with company values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations by interviewing hourly employees.
• Document and manage investigation records confidentially.
• Support salaried staff and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in employee relations and engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; experience with Word and Excel.
• Minimum 5 years of investigation experience, including interviewing and case management.
• At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in labor relations and working in unionized or manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred); High School Diploma/GED (required).
