Overview
McKesson’s Provider Solutions is undergoing a major digital transformation to deliver a personalized, integrated experience for patients, providers, and manufacturers. As part of this journey, we are seeking a Full Stack Architect to lead the evolution of our e-commerce Customer Center application.
This is a hybrid role requiring both architectural leadership and hands-on development. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Java, GWT, SAP NetWeaver, and cloud technologies, with a strong grasp of non-functional requirements (NFRs) such as scalability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities
Architect & Design: Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack systems. Define and document architecture patterns, NFRs, and system integration strategies.
Hands-on Development: Actively contribute to coding efforts, especially in Java, GWT, and NetWeaver-based modules.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of offshore and onshore developers. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, QA, and DevOps to align technical solutions with business goals.
Innovation & Standards: Drive adoption of modern technologies and architectural best practices. Create POCs and starter kits to accelerate development.
Production Support: Assist in resolving production issues and customer-impacting incidents with urgency and precision.
Recruitment: Participate in hiring and technical evaluations for new team members.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in full-stack software development

Ability to travel up to 25%.
