About the Role

This enables faster risk sensing, opportunity analysis, and better end-to-end decision-making.

As a Digital Supply Chain Business Activator , you will play a critical role in driving adoption of digital capabilities across the supply chain. You will act as the “voice of the product,” leading activation strategies, managing change, and ensuring that new tools and processes are embedded into daily operations. This position is ideal for someone passionate about digital innovation and supply chain optimization.

Job Description

• Lead change management and activation plans for Business Performance Management (BPM) processes and tools.
• Serve as the business and user champion for digital capabilities, gathering feedback and translating insights into actionable improvements.
• Manage intake of enhancement and issue requests, triage to technical teams, and follow up with users.
• Coordinate end-user education efforts, including training sessions and learning material updates.
• Support product owners in prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and sprint planning.
• Facilitate sponsor demos and feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain learning and development materials to reflect technical updates accurately.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, change management, or digital product rollouts.
• Strong active listening skills and ability to build trust in a global, virtual environment.
• High attention to detail and follow-through.
• Demonstrated digital mindset and adaptability.

Preferred:

• Experience in large-scale food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods industry.
• Project management certification or equivalent experience.
