Job Description

A leading technical engineering and construction company is looking to hire a Construction Project Manager, based near Lebanon, IN. You will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and completion of a major project in their portfolio. ** Initially this position will require the person to be based at another project location in Atlanta, GA for 3 months ** (Per-Diem will be provided)

The Role:

• Oversee the project setup, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation; manage all phases from preconstruction to closeout
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost controls; ensure profitability and manage risk
• Negotiate and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change documentation
• Mentor site teams and foster collaboration across operations, safety, and quality
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders; lead meetings and provide regular updates
• Champion safety protocols and oversee quality compliance for the project

The Candidate:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in commercial management or cost management within the construction industry
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects ($50M+)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities
• Lives locally near Lebanon, IN and able to travel to the project site daily
