We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Raleigh-based team and take the lead on projects that serve some of the most recognized grocery brands in the country.
Key Responsibilities - Managing all phases of grocery and retail construction projects
- Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and financial performance
- Supervising field superintendents and ensuring safety compliance
- Negotiating and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts
- Communicating with clients, design teams, and stakeholders
- Providing creative solutions to project challenges
- Participating in pre-construction planning and estimating
Qualifications - A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience with grocery, retail, hospitality, or industrial projects
- Proven success managing projects of $8M or more
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
