Larson's Commercial Cleaning, Inc is looking for night time commercial cleaning crew members to join our team. Our ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, hard-working, takes pride in their work, and has an open availability.

Currently looking for motivated people to clean commercial buildings near On Top of the World in Ocala. A willingness to learn and perform proper cleaning techniques is essential. The work requires routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds. The work is located inside On Top of the World Communities. You will be required to drive to designated locations so please account for that when deciding whether this position is right for you. A current, valid drivers license and personally usable reliable transportation are a requirement.

Flexible schedule to fit your lifestyle.

Availability to work nights and weekends essential. Typical schedule ranges from 9pm to 4am but varies slightly day to day.

Schedule posted weekly using a mobile app so you are always informed

Part time hours depending on your availability.

$14/hour to start (more pay available to employees as they advance)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Clean designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, trash removal etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications and Skills

• Work experience as a cleaner is helpful but not required
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity and Honesty is a must
• High school diploma or GED
• Drivers license is required
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to learn and utilize Larson's cleaning techniques.
