Salary | $50,000 +$3,000 Sign-On Bonus

We’re seeking a Clinical Therapist (LSW / LPC) to provide community-based behavioral health services to youth and families in a treatment foster care program. This role is ideal for licensed clinicians looking to grow their clinical skills, receive supervision toward independent licensure, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

What You’ll Do

• Provide therapy and behavioral health counseling to youth and families
• Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Serve as the primary clinician for assigned foster care cases
• Maintain accurate documentation in an electronic health record
• Collaborate with foster parents, schools, courts, and community partners
• Attend treatment team meetings and court-related appointments
• Use trauma-informed and evidence-based interventions
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active Ohio LSW or LPC license required
• Interest in working toward independent licensure (LISW / LPCC)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work in community-based and home-based settings
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
