Job Description

Interstruct Design + Build is hiring an entry-level  Architectural / Revit Draftsperson for our Tampa office .  We are in search of a candidate with strong AutoCAD/Revit skills who can provide support with drawings/production/drafting/construction documents for permitting.

We are looking for a team-player with a positive attitude who will collaborate daily as part of the architectural team and carry projects through to completion for our clients. The  Architectural Associate’s knowledge and experience enable them to focus on project coordination, drafting, and collaboration applied to a broad range of projects -- primarily on  healthcare facilities.

Minimum Requirements

Interior design or Architecture degree required.

2-3 years of experience.

Skills

Minimum skills:

• Experience using Autocad/Revit
• Basic graphic design
• Good knowledge of computers/technology/software
• Good interpersonal and social interactive skills

Responsibilities :

Client Coordination

• Manage client expectations with project delivery.
• Organize project teams, project meetings and minutes.
• Carry out project deliverables and provide regular project updates.

Documentation/Drafting

• Proficiency in the latest project software Autodesk  Revit , and others.
• Use   Autodesk   Revit to draft construction documents to be permitted.
• Use of other software for visual representation to clients and project teams.
• Receive feedback from clients and teammates and adapt.
• Interact and report to architects and managers.

Project Coordination

• Work well in diverse teams to complete projects.
• Coordinate with our construction team of managers, coordinators and superintendents.
• Coordinate with consultants for the delivery of construction documents.
• Demonstrate Interstruct’s core competencies.
