Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant/IT Support role based in Beachwood, OH. The role involves providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations, including managing day-to-day administrative tasks and assisting with IT coordination. Duties include scheduling, handling phone calls with professionalism, maintaining records, and supporting IT-related troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. This position collaborates closely with various teams to enable seamless operations, while ensuring top-notch service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for handling daily operations and organizing office tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Communication for collaborating with leadership and providing essential support.
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and interpersonal skills to provide professional service to clients and internal teams.
  • Basic IT troubleshooting abilities and familiarity with office technology systems would be highly beneficial.
  • Other desirable qualifications include adaptability, attention to detail, and strong time-management skills.
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in administration, IT, or a related field are a plus.
